Building a web site takes time and this site is just getting started.  Complicating the progress of this site is the work I do on another site, BA-MARC.  If maintaining two sites weren't enough, yes you guessed it, there is also a third that is being built for a special writing project whose location I'm not ready to share until my vision is better defined.  Of course this might never happen as I get over committed in too many areas.
